Performance has always been the biggest concern for any machine; a poor performance is never acceptable from any machine and so is applicable for a computer system as well. Since the computer has invented countless changes and modification, revolution have been made, however still today the performance and other issues can be seen easily with many systems.

2. The other important unit or step is to check if the installed RAM is sufficient enough to run the application and OS. Slow computer is result of low RAM as well. No PC optimizer can speed up your PC/computer if your installed RAM is not sufficient.
3. The third important aspect of a slow system or slow PC is presence of infectious items such as a virus, spyware, Trojan and many other malwares. Make your computer virus free and free from all other malicious items. Up to date and effective antivirus and other security programs can remove all infections from your computer.
4. The fourth thing to be checked is any corrupt and incompatible installed device driver. If you have corrupt driver set they can cause many issues including the poor performance one. Don’t use any PC cleaner program to remove or fix them rather uninstall and reinstall the new and fresh set of drivers. 
5. In another step you need to check and remove all the unwanted programs from your computer. Unwanted programs do not contribute to speed up your computer rather they occupy hard drive space and consume lots of system resources. 
6. Fragmented Windows registry- Corrupt/bloated windows registry can also cause many issues in your computer such as freezing, slow shutdown, slow start up, blue screen error messages, and many more.
